What it is ive suffered with panic attacks since i was around 11-12 years old i am now nearly 21 so its been a hard few years for me. Ive been looking on the internet to find the best thing to describe my panic attack and the best one is Depersonalization disorder, Ive been reading up on it and all things seem to say is there no cure or medication to help with it, ive been taking propranolol which helps a little bit, now the doctor has put me on sertraline. I just want my life to be normal so i can do more with my life.
Also has anyone found looking at urself in the mirror gives u the feeling of depersonlization? As it does me.
