hello to all
i was wondering, well more like hoping that any other people could guide me in the right direction with regard to ruminating, i seem to have taken ruminating into some form of art and cannot stop no matter how hard i try, the same old crap going over and over and, it seems no matter what i do it just continues, even do it when i dont realise, is there anyone else who has experienced this and how the hell did you cure it, your response would be greatly appreciated
