I'm new to the site, I'm going to try and be active but I struggle with becoming a part of communities even online. It was desperation that led me to google for Anxiety Forums.

I am new on here to, i used to struggle chatting to people online until i realised that the chances of us ever meeting are slim and that i dont have to fear and feelings of embarassment. But i am sure many of us are int he same situation
