I am new to the forum and would like some help and advice from anyone who is willing to talk to me.
I am in a relationship with a wonderful man who has suffered from agorophobia, monophobia and anxiety for many years.
A previous relationship has left him very scarred and reluctant to try and get back on his feet.
Over the last few months I have managed to build on this and he is starting to get out a little further every day. To many people this does not sound much but to me it is a fantastic acheivement.
Every little step is a huge improvement and I can't applaud him enough for making the effort.
I would like to hear from anyone who has any words of wisdom or encouragement.
