having panic attacks ever since I had been in the er. lost my baby aswell and ever since friday I have been feeling dizzy and having heartburn, aching chest...sometimes my face goes numb and my hands. I am focused in on my heart and I start to get shortness of breathe. my chest itches. is this a common sign of panic attack after something tamatic has happened? I also freak out that I cant feel my heart beat and I start to get the pain again. someone having these same symptoms? it has been along time since I felt like this.
