Hey guys
I am finally after 3 months of hell getting the help i need.
I am shit scared because its gone past conselling.
I have acute severe anxiety disorder what ever that means.
I am find it harder everyday to lead a normal life.
Its going to get better isn't it?
it gets worse before it gets better right?

heya i have been suffering with aniexty for about a year, at the start i suffered with alot of anxiety attacks, but after a while you learn to manage it, and i havent had an anixety attack for months, im on medication which can help. Maybe you should go on some if u aint already :)
