I feel like im loosing my self each day, I don’t talk much about how I feel because nobody really understands me anymore, so I just try an cover up my soul with a smile and pretend im feeling “normalâ€

I feel like that too, almost everyday.

I got over my nervousness outside the house.

I constantly feel that I'm wasting away that I should be doing something, but all I'm doing is sitting around because I'm too nervous to do anything else. I'm scared to death to do new things or things on my own most of the time.

I don't have very many friends either, so I feel like I'm missing out in life as well..

This may not help you at all, but I really do understand where your coming from because I'm right with you.
