hi there my name is doug and im 16 and i suffer from severe panic attacks and anxiety dissorder. i am in need of some serious help. i know for me the next few months for me will be up hill but i want help and im willing to strive for the exelence. i wish my life would just go back to normal and i never would have had my first panic attack. so please if anyone is willing to help me that would make my day.
