:unsure: Greetings, my name is heather and Im 22 yrs old... I have alot of problems with what I believe to be anxiety interefiering with my life and my ability to be content. I have not been to a doctor for diagnosis. I am still working (struggling) with that. I hope I can use this forum as a place to connect with others and obtain a grasp on what is going on inside me. If you have any questions for me I would be happy to answer them. My social anxiety seems to be the worst issue at this point and perhaps I can gain my confidence to talk to people and re-learn how to on this board. Please bare with me I seem to have lost myself.
