Okay for the last 2 days I have had a strange light headed, spaced out dizzy feelin! I can feel the panic coming but I can stop it! Plz if anyone has had these symptoms plz post before I rush to ER just to be told I'm crazy ! Thnks

not too sure as i'm not a doctor...i've had panic attacks before and a light head, feeling a bit faint etc is something i've experienced with panic attacks. with me it's also fast heart beat, shortness of breath etc. i guess speak to your gp, if you're worried they can check for other things
