My Name is Matthew,
I am 21 years old and i live in California.
I have been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and increasingly worse agoraphobia. I've purchased many programs online and been prescribed a ton of medication. I have found that talking to people on a forum or a support will probably be the best way for me to get better.
I have had these things interrupt my life for the past couple years. getting worse and worse. But, yesterday i went to my girlfriends house which is about 15 miles away and i havent been there in weeks. I drove with my dad and just forced myself to keep driving. We got there and i took a picture and texted it to her (she was at my house) and she was sooooo excited. I will start going out each day and start doing things that scare me. I've found for myself that exposure is the best method for me. So... thats it for now.
Just wanted to introduce myself and see what this forum is all about. i look forward to talking to some people here and getting and giving support.
Thanks again.
