Help please

I have suffered most of my life with anxiety but the last few weeks I have felt as if I have a fever and have a constant headache. I feel lethargic and flu like but the doctor can find nothing wrong. Could this be anxiety causing all this??

yes i get headaches and it feels like a bad cold sometimes! what are your other symptoms?

You can relate symptoms of anything to that of anxiety.
Try other way around... think of things other than anxiety that may cause something similar.

If you are feeling bad for anything over even have a thought of some thing bad, anxiety exaggerates the feelings. It may be anything even the stomach pain.
