If a person always regrets past things, he/she
may get anxiety.

Nothing can be done perfectly. Many things look
easy after these thing have been finished. But actually
they were not easy at the time when you first did these
things. Only after you have finished doing them
and fully understood key points of these things, you
begin to feel them easy. If main part of a thing
was well done and there were some mistakes during
doing it, then you do not need to regret this past thing.
Just enjoy your success. Recalling the past
thing is for doing it better in the future, but not for
regretting it.

A person’s main concentration should be put on
enjoying current and future life. In this way, a
person may avoid anxiety.

Thanks for the reminder leeman. From now on I'll just concentrate on my present and future. You have a great point there.
