Nothing should a person fear?
Yes.

Why Nothing Should a Person Fear?

The main reasons are:

1. Fearing something is useless and makes the thing worse. Fearing something can cause confusions in a person's life and work, so it can not help him/her solve the problem. Instead it will make the thing more complicated.

2. When a person is fearing something, his/her mind is in the most stupid status and may make absurd judgments.
Usually a thing has many elements. If a person is fearing a thing with a very small risk, he/she may pay all his/her attention to one or a few elements involving a risk, but pay no attention to all other elements of the thing which greatly minimize the risk, and then in his/her mind, the small risk is imagined as a big terrible risk. His/her mind is in a confused status - the most stupid status, so he/she may make absurd judgments.

3. Fearing something can cause many health problems including anxiety.
Fearing something can lead a person's life into a mess, and will cause many health problems such the anxiety, the sleeping difficulty and the lack of appetite for meals

Being brave and fearing nothing is a great way to prevent anxiety or to get rid of anxiety.
