I think I found the way to use it. I use to do belly breathing but that didn't really help and then I found a way to use the actual muscle. Sitting there scrunch like your going to poop and hold it for a sec, you feel the muscle inbetween your ribs? I've been holding that muscle and using it to breath and its helped out alot. Let me know what you guys think incase im doing something not healthy lol.
