anyone got this fear

hey all i was wondering if anybody had the fear of just losing there mind forgeting who they r whats goin on stuff like that i mean thats my biggest fear and of course i make little fears off that like seeing thing or hurting someone without knowin it i was wonderin if anybody also had this fear because i think if i can get ova this my anxiety would be so small somebody anybody plz say they have this thanx ahead to all

hey bro, i get those fears all the time..i always think im goin crazy or im gonna forget everything or just become delerious and not know wats goin on...not anything to worry about, hope this helps ttyl - Casey

i hear ya man lke i said if i could get ova this i'd be straight i know itsanxiety and i've worried bout it for so long and it hasn't happened so i think i'm finally starting to realize this just isn't plausible but u know easier said than done right but thanx man always good to hear you chime in take it easy
