Increased nervousness on lexapro

Just started on lexapro Monday... is it normal to be feeling more nervous than usual during this period? To be fair, I'm not sure that this is entirely the lexapro since I was starting to have another wave of attacks Saturday, which usually means heightened anxiety.

Yes, it's pretty common to feel anxious or agitated during the first week or two. Chances are high that it'll pass. Hopefully you can stick with it a little while longer :)
