For years i've had anxiety issues it's deep grained into me but I only found out what i had was anxiety only last year up until that point I thought what i felt was normal and everyone else felt the same it turned out i was wrong in that belief.
I avoid talking to people in person, when the phone rings and i don't know who it is, it's so bad that if i was to have a bad experience or a person who triggers anxiety off (such as the case now) it gets so bad even the ringtone can trigger off anxiety... for example, if i have a ringtone that goes off and that person who who would ring me gave me panic attacks, months later if i heared that same music on tv or on the computer I'd panic...
20 minutes ago after this phone call (not threatening either just the person messed me about caused trouble I don't like her) i started to tremble and shake and I took 5mg of Nitrazepam .. i'm also on Paroxetine to help me cope with anxiety and panic attacks.
But for years I've suffered so badly and I always considered it to be normal I now know differently, right now im partly sedated from the Alodorm (Nitrazepam) and still somewhat shaking...
fear and stress are starting to consume me and it's getting worse I'm hoping after a month or so the paroxetine will help calm me down prior to this i was on Effexor ...
Anyway hopefully it will be nice to talk to people who have similar problems as myself and maybe learn a few things from you guys :)
ps - you can call me Craig if you wish :)
