i think we should all start a discussion about why this is such a common fear. it runs my life. headaches, dizziness, numbness, forgetting things....spelling things wrong. how can i NOT have one? :(

I too have a fear of this. But I have only had these symptoms for 3 months....i have had anxiety for nearly 5 years! I have been told its a few didfferent things form my doctor!!! after 2 lots of anti biotics, nasal sprays, paniklllers, im none the wise! im really scared! im on the waiting list to see a specailist but I cant wait the 2-3 months, I may be dead by then!!! So I am thinking of going the emergency room when my partner gets home from work because I am worried sick!

I don't know if this helps, but I forget things a lot :P I also get tension headaches quite a bit too - anxiety can explain all of those symptoms you have so don't panic too much!

I'm sure you've spoken to your doctor about it?
