Nexium - Heartburn caused by anxiety

I took nexium to help with heartburn without realizing I was also suffering from anxiety, which actually was causing the heartburn.

The nexium gave me a wicked headache and caused the anxiety to significantly worse. I spent 3 days thinking I was crazy.

Worst three days of my life.

I've still got the anxiety, but at least I can tell myself that the heartburn is a cause of it, and try to calm myself so it goes away.

That is so crazy because I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible heartburn and when I went to the doctor he gave me Nexium. It did help me get rid of the heartburn without any side effects but I only took it for a week. Anxiety is the ultimate trickster... and I hate it more and more every day.
