I'm a 22 year old girl from N.Wales.

I've been suffering from exagerated anxiety ever since the age of 5, in varying degrees. A few years ago I had some Hypnotherapy which significantly reduced the amount of panic attacks I had, to the point where I barely felt anxious at all!

Over the past 2 years since I've been with my fiance, I've moved out of my mums home in with my fiance. We've then moved 6 times since we've been together, he got back in touch with his father after a long time, he met his real mother, we had to give away a pet of ours aswell as lots of other stresses that have cropped up...but basically my anxiety is back.

It's not half as bad as it was when I was younger but in May of this year i suffered from a bout of the Mumps. Since then I've not really felt myself and am feeling v.v.paranoid about all this swine flu that's around at the moment.

My anxiety manifests itself by making me 'feel sick'. Therefore if I'm ever feeling nauseous, i go into panic mode. It's v.frustrating as most of the time I know for a fact I won't be sick!!

Anyway, sorry about the long intro, I got kind of carried away! Thanks for reading (if u got this far!!!!)

Hi Carly,

I get alot of anxiety around when I feel a bit sick in the slightest, which usually makes me feel worse! It is nearly always nothing! If you start to feel sick try distract yourself for a time or tell yourself you will see how you feel tomorrow.

Most of the time it works!
