Anyone here suffer from both asthma and anxiety and if so i have a few questions?

How do you tell the difference between the two?
Does your asthma trigger anxiety or vice versa?

i sometimes experience anxiety attacks and fear its an asthma attack
and that ill go into either respiratory or cardiac arrest
this has led me to use my inhaler and that causes my heart rate to go up even more.

so anyone with anxiety and asthma how do you deal with it

I'm sure it feels worse because of the anxiety. A few weeks ago I started taking L-Glutathione for it's antioxidant properties, I noticed that my lung capacity was improved. I looked it up, L-Glutathione is good for the lungs and the cardiovascular system in general among other things.

You might consider doing a little homework on Glutathione and trying it out. I’m sure it will help your asthma and very well may help with your anxiety and if added with other amino acids along with a B multi vitamin I'm sure it will if you don’t have an allergy that keeps your body from absorbing nutrients.

Let me know what you find if you decide to do so.

Having anxiety attack and asthma and trying to live a normal, happy life can be near impossible. The both problems can also be confusing due to some similarities. These similarities between anxiety attack and asthma can be frightening. Anxiety attacks can mimic serious conditions. People can never be sure if it is an asthma or anxiety attack. An anxiety attack will never kill people, but asthma is life-threatening. If people are unfortunate enough to have both conditions, they must be extremely careful.
An anxiety attack can cause such breathing trouble that it may trigger a severe asthma attack. In fact this is a terrible cycle. An asthma attack can cause the sufferer difficulty breathing and a tight chest. Unfortunately, so can an anxiety attack. In both anxiety and anxiety induced asthma attack, it can be difficult to think and concentrate and stay calm. The research on this issue seems to suggest that there is a link between asthma and anxiety disorder. In fact one situation seems to elevate the risk of getting the other. If people know what triggers their asthma attacks, then it is best to try to be extremely careful, although this is easier said than done. However, it is always best to be ready to face the disorder.
