Hello. I introduced myself in the welcome forum, but wanted to post here to see how many others dealt with my symptoms.
I feel just like my username, scared to move. Sometimes the anxiety is so great that it feels like if I move to pick up my water, I will pass out. I just freeze and pray.
For five years, I've had trouble breathing, like the muscles are crushing my ribs and they won't move "right". (0xygen levels always fine at docs). My heart feels like it beats "funny", slowing down and speeding up, or pounding. ( in five years had echo, stress test, labs drawn, many ekg's, and wore home monitors... no problems ever show). I get confused easily, can't process things as quickly as I used to, "foggy brain". Can't sleep right, can't eat well... get acid reflux and horrible gas.
My muscles feel like they are all going to snap and fly apart. I catch myself clenching my teeth and have to forcibly stop. It's a rare day that I make it without some symptom rearing it's ugly head.
It would make a novel to list each and every symptom that I deal with. I can not be alone in this.

Hi and welcome :)
You have a bit of work to do here and can relate to some of your symptoms.
I have studied Anxiety for a long time in an attempt to recover which has gone pretty well.
Ok so you cant think straight? This is commonly known as "Brain fog" Not much is known about this but i think it has something to do with blood flow. Try taking a small amount of asprin daily to thin your blood i find this helps also now this is very important, take some Vitamin B complex this is somthing that neally all Anxiety suffers lack.
Tense muscles doing crazy things and you wonder why this is happening? Well if you suffer from Anxiety your body is lacking magnesium not always due to Anxiety but its common that most people are defieceint in Magnesium. If you find you get cramp easy or have muscle twithes then you have hit the nail on the head go get some Magnesium, i take around 600mg a day and it worked a treat. This could also be related to your heart which Doctors wont pin point, what happens is when your body is lacking Magnesium it will take it from the non vital parts of your body like the arms, legs then move it to you heart, if you really lack it your heart can struggle to beat.
Sleep: Well this is a pain in the neck isnt it? I found it hard to find a solution for this. Do something relaxing before you sleep to keep you mind inactive, also try some Comomile tea its caffine free and makes you feel tired but in a nice way.
Too much to say but i hope this helps you :)
