Hi Fear - check out Resources & Articles and look under Anxiety and Mood Disorder List on this site. Shoe was kind enough to gather this info for us.

I've learned a lot from Resources & Articles.

Did someone mention bipolar regarding you?

I get very depressed; but who's happy about having anxiety!!!?
I get very excited when I've accomplished a goal and I do a little dance (in private). I think bipolar is over rated.
