Hi guys :)
Not been on much recently but i walked into something good that helps me alot so i thought i would share.
Went into Tesco the other day and they have a new range of vitamin drinks called "Vitamin Water" they have a few differant ones but the "revive" one has Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and patassium which as you know help a great deal for Anxiety sufferers like me.
This gives me a quick fix and makes my day much easier to deal with, i hope it helps for you guys. Its around £1.40 a bottle, not cheap but worth it in my oppinion.
