I'm coping a lot better these days, but used to have really bad social phobia. If I had to go to a meeting for work it used to drive me crazy for at least a week beforehand.
Anyway, you might find this site of use - I know I did:

You just need to give your name and email, then you're straight in.
There are interviews with (currently 3) different mental health gurus with links through to their various products. I guess take a look... :)
