Hi,
Well I have had severe anxiety and depression for as long as I remember, and agoraphobia so badly that I did not leave my home for 3 years, 9 months and 27 days.
This is the very first time I have used the internet to reach out, and this is actually my very first forum and therefore, my very first forum posting, so if I do anything funky, please let me know!
Just thought I'd introduce myself and say 'Hi'.
