Hello everyone!

I am new to this site and have been suffering with anxiety for the last few years. I was previously diagnosed with fibromyalgia and then told by another MD that it was not fibromyalgia. I have had every test imaginable done, including EMG and MRIs of brain and all three areas of the spine with normal results. I can reduce most of my symptoms of anxiety when I convice myself that I am OK. However, I sometimes suffer from cold feet and pain in my heels and toes. It is usually tolerable, but bothers me to the point that it makes me worry even more. Does anyone suffer from these symptoms too? It is definitely worse in cold weather, but sometimes it can be 100 degrees outside and my feet are still cold.

Note: 3 years ago I was told by a neurologist that my symptoms were due to anxiety. Once I convinced myself that it was anxiety, my symptoms disappeared but little by little returned approximately 1 year later.
Thank you.
