Hi Andrew,
How did you end up beating anxiety?
I have been suffering with it for so many years now - since childhood and now into my parenting years! It just keeps getting worse and worse. I have tried medication, but was very uncomfortable with it.
I'm glad to hear stories like yours - it gives people like me hope that one day I'll conquer it too.
