Well first of my name is sonny I'm 29 and have had anxiety for 1 week now its a very hard thing to deal with but I'm tryin.I had all the standard symptons thought I was having a heart attack tumor and so forth took me 3 er visits to get some help they gave me 2 ativan and I was mush. I will not use the ativan unless I have avery serious panick attack. But breathing and a forum like this helps much more.I'm glad I found this site and am more confident that I can beat this
