I am so confused, my body is so wierd?

Okay this morning I had another so called panic attack. Very wierd. ( I felt my chest tighten, felt I could not breath and started panicing.) What was even wierder is when I took my focalin I instantly calmed down. Its not a heart problem because I had a thousand tests done over 6 months! Need answers. maybe everything is in my head?
