Well I spoke with a counselor/psych and she diagnosed me with generalized anxiety and panic attacks..i was wondering what do they usually give you for this diagnoses? or does it usually just depend on the doc?? and also what if the muscle tension is putting my joints through hell? is there something out there to help this as well?? im going to the doc on the 27th? any feedback will be helpful thanks.
