Can anyone tell me how their de-realization works? I have a hard time describing mine. Just want to see if others feel the same as I do

Your mind feels slightly numb and vision feels slightly crackly distantant.

You feel as if you are not fully within your body, kind of observing your own actions.

Very hard to describe i agree, try looking up "Brian Fog" Normally linked to a lack of Magnesium (Only just started researching this).

Think of it like you're watching a movie and your really into it. That movie is your life. Sometimes it's like you're just a spirit and your body isn't really real. Outside noises seem dazed. Everything seems hazy and unreal, except for your thoughts.
