Staring Into Space

Is this just me, or do you also stare into space alot, like daydreams.

Ive read that this could be classed as a seizure so now its got me worried, as Brain tumour symptoms are seizures.

So what about it, anyone else just daydream alot, i also find during these daydream moments that i think about being anxious alot. :(
