Over the counter Meds

What are the strongest over the counter medicines for anxiety from say your local pharmacy. UK

I'd say Chamomile tea is defiantly one of them. It's not a drug, but it helps a lot with anxiety, stress, and stomach problems.

Another would be St. John's Wort, but I don't know much about it.

Diphenhydramine helps anxiety to an extent in my opinion. It's marketed as Benadryl in the US.

But I'd recommend seeing a doctor if you are having anxiety problems.

Bach Flowers "Rescue Remedy" is pretty good along with Valerian. Valerian can knock people out though so be careful about taking this during the day if you have to work etc.
