Hi I started having panic (full blown) hospitalization about a year ago. I thought that they were gone, but they came back while I was off work for a week. I'm laid off every summer and started having the attacks last summer. I was terrified and didn't know what was happening to me! So far I have tried Remeron up to 60 mg and that kept me awake nights with restless legs etc. I have also had depression for about 20 years. I just started taking Celexa 20 mg in the morning, and also take Trazodone 100 mg at bedtime along with 1.5mg clonazepham for sleep. So far I have had no success or relief. I wake up with numbness in my left arm and racing thought about what a loser I am. No one loves me etc. I just want so relief....big sigh.

Hi,
Interesting situation.
Having anxiety does not make you a loser, it just gives you a problem that needs to be solved. There is help out there, it is just a case of finding the right help for you.
