i have GAD and panic attacks so it sucks because when i have just a general anxiety attack i panic because of the symptoms and i always think im dying lol - Caseman

i also have GAD and Panic Disorder i don't know if we suffer more i just think the symps differ from other anxiety disorders but we all suffer but we make through everyday cause we're all still here and fighting

Well I just assume that we do because my girlfriend has just anxiety. I have GAD.
Her's are far and enbetween, mine are almost everyday.

I don't know how many times I say to everyone "Gah I'm dying" everyday but I'm sure it's a lot.

I freak out over my symptoms too, and it seems anxiety sufferers almost get it because of something they think of or a situation.
I don't know I could be very wrong. I'm trying to understand the differences between the two.
