I am currently trying one of those programs advertised on the internet.
So far it seems promising. I have tried numerous medications and seen some very expensive professionals and none of that seemed to work for me, but this program I bought online is so simple and takes a different approach to the whole thing.
Has anyone else tried anything like this? I feel like my anxiety is already going away!
