Hello to all.
I recently started a new job. Along with it comes a very controlling boss, and I am having a very hard time coping with the workload, stress and axiety I have been having.
I do not sleep thru the night, I never feel relaxed, and I am constantly worrying about work.
I am a sensitive person, and I take it personally everytime my boss corrects me, which is in most things I do. I want to leave work at work, but I cant seem to do it. I wake up worried and anxious, and can never get back to sleep.
I have a constantly changing schedule, so even just trying to schedule a visit with someone that can help me seems unattainable.
I am at the end of my rope here.
I have been a worrysome and axious person my wholel ife, and I really need to work this out so that I can feel good, and relaxed.
I am on the constant verge of crying.

hey nodnarb,
firstly I'd like to say I sympathize with you not sleeping through the night as I am THE WORST at that!
I really think you should try and make an appointment with someone who can help, because talking to someone is, as ever, the first step and it really, really can make a massive difference. You've mentioned that you have a constantly changing schedule although you really need to put yourself first here I feel, because if it's work and you're not feeling well then it's going to be detrimental to your work and cause more problems.
be selfish and get the help you need I think!
