im so glad i found this forum, i thought i was loosing my mind. i have alot of the symtoms i have read about here never seen a doc or anything. i have attacks when i drive at work everywere,the racing heart, thinking i have a brain tumor,a heart attack,sometimes i feel like things i see are like in a diffrent reality, tingly fingers my arms sometimes dont feel like they belong to me,i recently went to get a hair cut while i was sitting there i felt the overwhelming feeling like i was getting sick my heart went to racing i almost jumped up out of the chair mid way throu my cut. but luckily i talked myself down but shew it was scary. i hope this is anxiety if its not please let me know.[/b]

I kno how yu feel I felt the same way wen I was gettin my hair done my head was hurtin my heart was racing omg I was jus readi to go home I was bugging plus at the tyme the meds I was on was making my heart palpitations worse so I was jus feeling horrible but yu should go to the doctor to get that checked out jus to see that's the only thing wrong yu jus have anxiety

and weekends seem to be worse i have had this for awhile seems to be getting worse i have been to a doc not over the anx had sevral test all normal i would love to be able to live again
