My name is Elizabeth. I'm 23 years old and come from NJ. I first started having anxiety when I was sixteen I would say. I have had ups and down with it. I have been on several medications but so far nothing has kept me completely free from it. I also suffer from depression due to the anxiety. I'm looking for anyone who is willing to talk and listen. Its hard to speak with most ppl because they dont understand what you are going through. Well I hope to hear from all of you soon :)

I also suffer terrible anxiety (mainly for the last 4 years now) and it's been the most difficult and distressing thing i've ever experienced so i know how you feel- it can be a lonely place to be when most people around you seem to just get on with life and not really know fear. It robs you of confidence too.

Are you trying any methods ot help yourself at the moment?
