After discussing this in depth with my psychiatrist I have decided to name the foreskin "Flappy". As it has a mind of its own it deserves a name and also makes it one of the family.
Also this will make it easier to advertise for any future viewings. I am going to have a naming party and all the relations will be invited to celebrate a new member into the family.
I am very excited about this.
