Hello, I am a military wife aswell and i have bad anxiety too. I use to be so care free and not worry about anything or myself and now thats all I do!!! It's been like this for the past 7 years or so. I tried Paxil but I felt like a zombie. I had no emotions and I didnt get excited about anything. I stopped taking it and had really bad withdrawl symptoms. (Never again) I have been trying to deal with it on my own which isnt going very good either. I'm always scared I'm going to die in my sleep or I'm going to take a heart attack. I just wish I could be like I use to be. How do you deal with this??
