Hi ..
I'm 20 male from Malaysia. Suffering anxiety ...
sometimes i think i will have decease .. my skins is itcy ... and i can't breath smoothly...

I just feel that's enough.. i dont' wan it anymore... my house have 5 puppies, every each time they bark and they run to me, makes me feel my house are dirty and i'm afraid ...

I just don't really know what am i facing... probably just anxiety

RELAX. Write down your emotions and feelings.

1. Close your eyes and meditate....concentrate on your breathing and think of all the things that make you happy

2. Think POSITIVE thoughts

Write all the things that you are THANKFUL for in your journal/diary

This will help.
