Anxiety and online treatment

A friend told me that he used an online service and was very happy.

So it has been a few weeks now and I am just posting an update.
To date, the treatment looks good, the service is very professional and I enjoy doing the home work.

I'd be interested in how this works...although it seems like a way to make money out of what is essentially self help CBT; do you actually get to speak to a therapist?
I had a squint at the home page and didnt like the fact that they said 'CBT is only effective when applied by a therapist'. For those of you who might be interested in using this online service...dont listen! Depending on you as an individual, CBT can be effective with or without a therapist...and there are many, many self help workbooks out there.
