Was this a panic attack?

Last night I was at a friends out eating pizza and all of the sudden I got this really warm feeling all over my body, my chest got tight, so I laid down while I was laying down I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. My friend got me a cold rag and my medicene and I laid on the couch for about 30 minutes and then I got up and drove home. I think it was a panic attack I just want yalls opinion. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! Love to all.
