How fast does your heart rate get up to when you're having a panic attack?
In a full blown attack it usually ranges from 150-200. but with general anxiety it's about 100-120.

Does anyone else have these levels too?

and does anyone else's heart race with little exersion such as walking doing dishes, showering etc?

Hey KalaMarie!

Well, back in 2006 when I first discovered my anxiety, my resting heartbeat was 119BPM and that was my normal heartbeat for quite a while, but one day I simply woke up and it was gone and my heartbeat was normal (in the 70s) and thankfully has been ever since. I used to have Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome so sometimes my heart would go at well over 200 BPM...not fun. So I relate to you!
