I just came back from the doctor, I have a cold/sinus infection. This is the 1st time I've gone to the doctor since my anxiety kicked in a few months ago. I don't particularly like going to the doctor, but it's not that big of a deal. This time, I was nervous all day. Walking into the office, my heart was pounding and I felt like I just ran a mile. My arms were tingling and they felt like they weighed a ton. I was sure he was going to tell me I had some horrible disease. I actually said to myself as I walked in, "this may be the last time I visit the doctor without knowing I have __________________" fill in the disease.

I'm glad that is over.

Don't you always worry about an upcoming event and when it's over, realize it was nothing to worry about in the first place? Happens to me alot! Bet you walked out of that office feeling pretty good.
