Alright take some deep breaths and try to focus on your breathing. You most likely don't have Schizophrenia when someone has anxiety your thoughts can race and it can be very scary. If you haven't told your parents or someone close to you about your problem then you should, they can talk you down and help you calm down. I've been worried about this to recently and the more you think about having it the worse it can get. Don't google search this and look for symptoms that only makes it worse. The mind is very powerful and you can start to imagine symptoms that aren't there. Also how old are you?
