I managed to stop the latest panic attack on my own by applying this philosophy. I think everything is paradoxical and you just need to stay calm even while the heart beats fast. Don't add the second fear.

The grounding technique also works. It's the use of the 5 senses.

Acknowledge 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.

While walking, simply starting up at the sky at blank space can also relieve the feeling of panic.

I do this too. Also, the smell of the grass in the morning is relieving. I love the mornings.
